Judicial Reorganization Plan

BDO offers an initial financial diagnosis service, aiming to evaluate and understand the reasons for the company’s current situation and, based on this assessment, to deliver a report that will analyze the feasibility of the Judicial Reorganization.

After the Judicial Reorganization is requested and approved by the court, a full Judicial Reorganization Plan is developed, aiming to meet all requirements for negotiation and approval in the creditors’ meeting. After the creditors’ approval, BDO can offer all the support necessary for the implementation and monitoring of the plan, to promote that the objectives and targets determined in the plan be achieved and fulfilled per the agreed upon specifications.
